National Future Farmers of America Week

In honor of National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Week, James Allen Insurance reflected on the importance of young people getting involved with agriculture. National FFA Week took place February 16 – 23. Members and alumni of the National FFA Organization celebrated #FFAweek around the country. Festivities included chapters publicly sharing what FFA is and what impact it makes on its members.

James Allen Insurance is proud to support the future of tomorrow’s agriculture industry. There are 2.1 million farms across America’s rural landscape, with 257,454 farmers part of the millennial generation (people ages 34 and under). And 99 percent of farms are operated by families – individuals, family partnerships or family corporations.

As a family-owned and operated agriculture business, we understand the importance of agriculture education, shaping strong leaders and developing the next generation of passionate individuals to further strengthen the agriculture industry. Congratulations to those who have found their calling and plan on actively pursuing an agriculture career. We, at James Allen Insurance, recognize and support you. And when the time comes, we are here to insure you.
